Terms of Service

Each Thread Theory piece is hand-made in a small batch. Because of that, colors and pile heights vary slightly between pieces and from what you see on screen. That variation is part of the craft, not a defect.

Orders are charged at checkout via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order if a piece sells out or a pricing error occurs.

Because pieces are made in small runs, returns are handled case-by-case within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or not as described.

Shipping times are estimates. Made-to-order pieces ship when the punch is finished — the timeline is listed on the product page.
